Rust that lets you log off
Rust can be brutal. It can demand your entire week, punish you for logging off, and make you feel like you are starting from scratch every time you sit down to play. We think it should be different.
GRUBZ 2X is built for the true Grub — the player who wants good Rust, good times, and the peace of mind to log off without worrying that everything they built will be gone by morning. You do not need to be online 24/7. You do not need a massive clan. You do not need to treat Rust like a second job.
Offline raid protection means you can only be raided while you are online. 2x rates mean less time grinding and more time on the part that is actually fun: building, exploring, raiding, defending, causing trouble.
A good 4-man team should be able to build something great and see a whole wipe in a weekend — not spend the wipe catching up.
Build a base you are proud of. Build a squad you enjoy playing with. Build memories worth coming back for.

Wipe schedule
Every wipe is a Thursday at 2:00 PM Central. The last Thursday of the month is Double Eleven’s force wipe, which every Rust Console server gets, and blueprints go with it — the monthly reset where everyone starts equal. Ours, two weeks before it, is the map only, so your blueprints survive it. Months with five Thursdays start with a three-week stretch. Tier 1 stays unlocked for everyone. How wipes work on console.

Before you spawn in
Six rules, no surprises. Read them once and you will never hear from an admin. Everything else people ask before joining a console server is answered below, from the same settings the server runs on.
How do I join GRUBZ 2X on Rust Console?
Open Rust Console Edition on PS5 or Xbox, go to Community Servers and search GRUBZ. The server shows up as GRUBZ 2X | SOLO DUO TRIO QUAD | NO OFFLINE RAIDS (ZORP) | 2X GATHER+LOOT | INSTANT CRAFT | 3X SMELT+STACK. Crossplay is on, so PS5 and Xbox players are in the same game. You cannot type an address on console; the search is the only way in.
What does 2x mean on a Rust Console server?
Every node, tree, animal, crate and barrel gives 2 times what a vanilla server gives, loot is 2x, stacks are 3x and crafting is instant. A team of 4 can have a base worth defending in a weekend instead of a week.
What is offline raid protection?
You can only be raided while you are online. Stand inside your base, use the "Can I build here?" quick chat and answer Yes. That marks the base as a protected fort: it arms 30 minutes after your whole team logs off, reaches 45m from where you stood, and nobody can raid it until one of you is back. One fort per team; it expires after a week and after every wipe, so put it back.
What is the team limit?
4 players. Building and turret authorisation are capped at 4 too, so the game enforces it. Solo, duo, trio and quad all play here; a fifth player rotating in still counts.
When does the server wipe?
Twice a month, always a Thursday at 2:00 PM Central. The last Thursday of the month is Double Eleven's forced wipe, which every Rust Console server gets: map and blueprints. Two weeks before it we wipe the map only, so blueprints survive. Months with five Thursdays start with a three-week stretch after the forced wipe. Tier 1 blueprints are unlocked for everyone from the first spawn.
Is there a free kit?
Yes. Say "I need Wood" on the quick chat and 14 pieces land in your inventory, once every 2 hours, from the minute you spawn in. Nothing to buy and no Discord needed.
Is it pay to win?
No. The store sells queue priority, kits, tools and resources, and nothing in it outranges what a fresh spawn can find on the map. Paid kits give an edge and are capped so they stay an edge. VIP is a role in Discord, not a stronger gun.
How long is night?
50 minutes of daylight to 3 minutes of dark. Console cannot lift the gamma, so night is a torch making you a target; here it is over before it starts. Players can also vote to skip it.
Which platforms and region?
PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, crossplay between them, 100 slots, hosted in Miami, US East. Two scheduled restarts a day, at 4:00 AM and 4:00 PM CT (the 4 PM one from Sept 29), each a few minutes and announced in game first.
Keep the lights on
GRUBZ 2X runs on what the store brings in. Queue priority when it is full, and tools that raise the rate you already gather at — jackhammers, chainsaws, somewhere to smelt it. A paid kit gives you an edge; it is capped so it stays an edge and not an ending.
